These terms explain shopping and ordering arrangements at Darul Shifa Dawakhana, Meena Bazar, Mingora Swat, Pakistan. Please read them with our Shipping and Delivery, Refund and Returns Policy and Privacy Policy.
Product information
We sell herbal and Unani products from Hamdard, Qarshi, Ajmal and Ashraf. Check the product name, selected pack size, ingredients, directions and precautions before ordering. Packaging may change between batches. Always read the sealed product’s actual label before use.
Website descriptions provide general product information and do not replace a diagnosis or individual advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
Placing an order
Provide your correct name, email address, phone number and complete delivery address. A phone number is required for every payment method so we can contact you about your order and delivery.
After checkout, an email acknowledges your order and its details. Check those details and contact us promptly if something needs correcting. If an item or delivery service is unavailable, or an order needs clarification, we will contact you before dispatch to discuss the available options. If an order cannot be fulfilled after prepayment, we will arrange a refund with you.
Prices and delivery charges
Prices are shown in Pakistani rupees (PKR). The checkout displays the product subtotal, delivery charge and order total before you place the order. Delivery is PKR 250 per order across Pakistan where delivery service is available. Prices and availability may change for future orders.
Payment methods
- Cash on delivery (COD): pay the amount due when your parcel is delivered.
- Easypaisa transfer: transfer the full order total to the account shown at checkout and in your order instructions.
- Meezan Bank transfer: transfer the full order total to the bank account shown at checkout and in your order instructions.
For Easypaisa and bank transfer orders, send a payment screenshot to WhatsApp +92 317 3715468 as proof. Transfer orders are dispatched after payment verification. Never send your account password or payment PIN.
Dispatch and receiving your parcel
We confirm the expected dispatch and delivery estimate for your order. Timing depends on the destination and delivery service; an estimate is not a guaranteed delivery date. Read our Shipping and Delivery page for further details.
Check the parcel and original product seal on arrival. If the parcel is damaged, the seal is broken, an item is missing or the product differs from your order, keep the product and packaging and contact us with your order details and photographs.
Returns and refunds
Eligible returns must be unopened, in their original condition and packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery. Contact us before sending a return so we can provide the return instructions. Customers pay return shipping charges. After receiving and checking an eligible return, we contact you to arrange the refund. See the Refund and Returns Policy for the full conditions.
